Booking
Booking in advance is recommended. A 30% deposit may be requested. The stay is considered agreed once the booking has been confirmed.
House rules
The main rules of the house
Animals, forgotten belongings, swimming pool, etc. please find all the conditions of stay to live a enjoyable and unforgettable moment.
Changes and cancellation
If a stay is interrupted, if guests leave early or arrive late, the full stay remains due. Cancellations must be received 48 hours before arrival.
Arrival
Arrivals are between 4 pm and 7 pm. For a late arrival, please inform the hosts in advance. Luggage can be left earlier on request.
Departure
Departures are at 10 am so the rooms can be prepared for the next guests.
Capacity
A baby cot can be provided in any room on request. A boat bed is available in Aliénor, Mascaret and Charles Hayes (not in Artolie). Charles Hayes also includes a child's bed. Mascaret and Aliénor can accommodate additional bedding depending on the configuration.
Payment
Cheques and cash are accepted. The tourist tax is payable with the balance of the stay.
Non-smoking house
Smoking is not permitted inside the establishment. Smokers are invited to use the outdoor areas indicated.
Pool
Blue bath towels for the pool are provided in the rooms.
Pets
Pets are not accepted.
Respect for the house
The guest house is a shared place of rest. Quiet, the privacy of other guests and the decoration of the rooms should be respected.
